‘Choosing Leadership’ program

Being a Leader is not simply a title, it is a choice you make each and every day to behave like one.

Anyone can be in a Leader role but behaving ‘Leaderlike’ requires regular conscious decision making. That is why our Leadership Program is called ‘Choosing Leadership’.

As a participant Leader of the program, you are introduced to key leadership roles an effective leader regularly adopts. Participants then look through the lens of these distinct Leadership roles at critically important Leadership responsibilities across the 9 month course.

Competency building workshops

The complexity of a Leadership role requires you to have many capabilities.

Across your journey as a Leader there are often areas of work you will identity as requiring some further development / that would benefit from further developing your capability.

This could be anything from Influencing Skills, to improving your use of Questioning, to developing your Critical Thinking.

Leader advisory sessions

As a leader, one of the ongoing challenges you face is finding the time, space and support to contemplate and unpack the critical issues you and your organisation face.

As you know, these complex issues need more than your typical 1 hour meeting. A facilitated, 3-4 hour exploratory advisory session away from your office, utilising the expansive Whiteboard wall canvas at TheThinkTank, can provide deeper insights and a much richer perspective.

These sessions can be 1 on 1, between you and the facilitator, or sometimes with 1 or 2 other critical colleagues.
