Founder and Director
Adrian Searle is the founder and managing director of Decision Health.
Over the past 2 decades, Adrian has had the pleasure and privilege of working with countless Leaders and Leadership Teams to support them with their development at an individual, team, and organisational level.
Adrian has a deep-seated passion to see reality as it is, and not how we might want it to be. He brings that objectivity to all his client engagements. Whether it be to build truly Strategic Self Awareness in a Coaching Engagement. Develop a shared Mental Model for a Team when he is facilitating a workshop. Or a more accurate picture of the Organisational Context if he is invited to observe a meeting or conduct a brief audit.
It is the profound insights that come from this accurate view of reality that drive all future development. Afterall, to create a plan, we need to know where we are just as accurately as where we would like to be in the future.
Adrian is a passionate and challenging individual, and he brings this energy and enthusiasm to each of his client engagements. He derives his fulfilment from supporting and seeing the development in others.

Our Spaces
At our tranquil Balmain location, within the Heritage listed Sunlight Factory, we have a number of learning / meeting spaces that our clients regularly access. These include our purpose designed ThinkTank, and the smaller Balmain and White Bay meeting rooms.
Our clients benefit from getting out of their own offices whether it be to participate in a Coaching Session or conduct their own Team Workshop.
